I have renewed faith because the system works. Trying cases is sometimes the only way to make the system work the way it is intended too.
Just recently I had a case in a county south of Atlanta where a first responder was flying through an intersection and hit my client who was driving a hazmat tanker truck.
It was tough. There was a zero offer on the table and the jury came back with 100-percent negligence on the part of the county. Sometimes you just have to try the case.
